Important Notice On Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic
The World Health Organisation (WHO) has declared the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) a global pandemic. The virus has now reached every state and territory in Australia. Our federal as well as state/territory governments have enacted guidelines and measures to control its spread. This is a rapidly evolving crisis. So we request everyone to stay alert (but not alarmed), up to date and follow the most recent official guidelines and information available through the official sources such as the Department of Health website https://www.health.gov.au/news/health-alerts/novel-coronavirus-2019-ncov-health-alert, or Coronavirus Health Information Line 1800 020 080.
Please follow federal and your state/territory’s official guidelines on travel and social gatherings, take basic measures of hygiene such as hand washing, and contact appropriate medical facilities as required.
If you become unwell and think you may have symptoms of coronavirus, please seek medical advice promptly so that you are directed to the right health facility.
Please stay calm and follow authorised instructions and public health information. Together we can defeat this crisis and emerge stronger. Thank you.
